These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NearMeCheck AI ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

NearMeCheck AI provides AI-generated readiness reports based on publicly available content of the website URLs you provide. Reports are informational and educational. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, conversions, or AI mentions.

Acceptable use

• You may only submit URLs that you own, operate, or have permission to analyze (your own competitor analysis is fine; we encourage ethical use).
• You may not abuse rate limits, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to attack or harass others.
• You may not resell our reports as your own without our written permission, except under the Agency Pack license.

Accounts

You may use magic-link sign-in to access your reports. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

Payments

One-time and subscription plans are described on the pricing page. During early access, payments may be handled manually. Future payments will be processed by a third-party provider (Paddle).

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because we deliver instantly-generated digital reports, refunds are generally not available once a paid report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law or if the service fails to deliver the purchased report.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic, conversions, or AI mentions. You are responsible for implementing recommendations and verifying that they fit your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new effective date at the top.
