Refund Policy

Because NearMeCheck AI provides instantly generated digital reports, refunds are generally not available once a paid report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law or if the service fails to deliver the purchased report.

If your report failed to generate, you received an empty or clearly broken report, or you were charged but did not receive your purchased deliverable, please contact shane768777@gmail.com within 7 days and include your audit ID. We will either re-deliver the report or issue a full refund.

For monthly subscription plans (Monthly Recheck and Agency Pack), you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; any usage already delivered in the current billing period is non-refundable.

Where local consumer protection law grants you additional refund rights (for example, mandatory statutory rights in certain jurisdictions), those rights are not affected by this policy.
